Five Secret Cellars · Est. 2010

Cocktails, whisky and quiet rooms beneath London.

Five small bars, each in the basement of an older London building. Refined drinks, low ceilings and an ear for fine whisky.

Five rooms, one quiet idea

Each cellar is built around its building — a Victorian gin palace, an old printers' workshop, an electrical showroom — and a list of cocktails written for the room.

Our Story

What 5cc means.

Five Secret Cellars. The first opened in 2010 beneath an unremarkable Farringdon pub; the others followed, each one tucked under a building older than the bartender.

We opened with one quiet idea: a small room, a short list, and a bartender who knows what to pour. Fifteen years later, that's still the brief.

The list rotates with the season. The whisky shelves grow quietly. The conversation — that's up to you.
